Position: Stepdown Nurse (RN) in Mentor, OH

The role also encompasses caring for patients from esophagectomy procedures, bronchial valve cases, EP lab activities, Cath lab interventions, and general cardiology treatments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to post-operative cardiac surgery patients, ensuring safe recovery and readiness for discharge.
• Monitor lung surgery patients closely, managing their unique post-operative needs.
• Support a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced, teamwork-oriented environment.
• Administer medications, assess patient status, and promptly document changes.
• Collaborate with specialists across cath and EP labs to provide seamless patient care.
