Registered Nurse Infusion | Mentor, Ohio

A nursing opportunity is available for an experienced RN specializing in infusion care, focusing on patients with malignant hematologic disorders. This contract position is based in Mentor, OH, and involves supporting a 30-bed inpatient unit dedicated to stem cell transplant, CAR-T infusions, and various research protocols.

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients undergoing bone marrow transplants (BMT) and related therapies.
• Administer chemotherapy and biotherapy treatments in adherence to safety standards.
• Monitor patient responses and manage infusion-related complications promptly.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in compliance with clinical protocols.

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in bone marrow transplant (BMT) nursing.
• Must hold an Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Provider card.
• Proficient in managing complex infusion therapies with attention to safety and patient education.
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills.

• Rotation between day and night shifts every two weeks.
