This is a full-time, on-site role for a CNC Machinist III located in Mentor, OH. The CNC Machinist III will be responsible for setting up, operating, and programming CNC machines with a particular focus on producing precise, high-quality components. The role includes reviewing technical drawings, selecting appropriate tools, performing quality inspections, and troubleshooting equipment when necessary. Safety compliance and maintaining equipment are also key components of the position.

Collaboration with team members to meet production schedules is vital to ensuring smooth operations.

• Expertise in operating, setting up, and programming CNC Mills and Turning Centers
• Strong ability in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
• Proficiency in using measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Problem-solving skills for troubleshooting equipment and process issues
• Experience with precision machining processes, including grinding and wire EDM
• Commitment to maintaining safety standards and operational efficiency
• Effective time management skills and the ability to meet production deadlines
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certifications preferred
