We’re looking for a hands‑on Manufacturing Engineer to join a global leader in precision optics. This is an opportunity to make a direct impact in advancing vision care and improving patient outcomes.

• Develop and optimize manufacturing and metrology processes for optical components and assemblies
• Partner with design, quality, and cross‑functional teams to ensure reliability and efficiency
• Lead process improvements, troubleshoot equipment, and drive root cause analysis
• Implement lean manufacturing techniques to reduce variability and improve yields
• Support production floor operations, update work instructions, and deliver cost savings
• Plan, review, and purchase capital equipment to ensure long‑term production stability

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, ISO standards, and quality systems
• Proven track record in process improvement, cost savings, and project management

• Optical manufacturing or metrology experience (grinding, polishing, interferometers)
• Exposure to machine programming and statistical analysis software (Minitab)
