What You'll Be Doing

• Print, cut, weed, and package digital products
• Operate light printing machinery as trained
• Cross‑train to learn all aspects of the department
• Assist in other areas when the business requires
• Other duties as assigned

What We Are Looking For

• Good verbal communication skills
• The ability to lift up to 20 lbs, stand for 8‑10 hours each shift, bend, and kneel as necessary
• Manual dexterity and good hand‑eye coordination
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to work at a fast pace in a production environment
• Quality‑minded
• Flexibility of schedule and ability to work overtime daily as needed
• A willingness to embrace change and learn new skills
