Manufacturing Assembler
Shifts: 1st Shift (6:00am-2:30pm) and Mid Shift (10:00am-6:30pm) for training with eventual transition to 2nd Shift (2:30pm-11pm)

Responsibilities- Review and retrieve required inventory parts on schematics, drawings or work instructions.
- Perform simple to complex assembly operations.
- Test and inspect product to ensure specifications are met.
- Report any deficiency to the Department Lead.
- Follow department processes to ensure ISO compliance.
- Possess some electrical and mechanical knowledge.
- Ability to use small hand tools including but not limited to cutters, strippers, crimpers and screwdrivers.
- Ability to use basic judgment in quality analysis and communicate with Department Lead any discrepancies.
- Proactively seek opportunities to improve workplace environment and safety conditions.
- Maintain clean, neat, safe and orderly work area.
- Attend work regularly and promptly.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations.
- Attend and participate in all required training.
- Attend and participate in all departmental meetings.
- Other essential duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma, GED or High School Equivalence Certificate desired.
- Possess basic math skills.
- Knowledge of raw materials.
- Understand production processes and procedures.
- Understand the basics of electricity and mechanics.
- Ability to use small hand tools.
- Understand how to read diagrams.
- Knowledge of quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
- Knowledge of machines and tools, including their design, use, repair, and maintenance.
- Ability to monitor/assess performance of yourself and others to make improvements or take corrective action.
- Motivate, develop, and direct people as they work, identifying the best people for the job.
- Arrange items or actions in an ordered pattern according to specific rules.
- Follow safety policies and procedures, including personal protective equipment, report potential hazards, maintain a neat and orderly work area, and proactively seek opportunities to improve workplace environment, health, and/or safety conditions.
