Maintenance Technician

• Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily; knowledge, skill, and ability required below.

• Inspect, perform maintenance, repair, installation, and cleaning of company assets, including building infrastructure, interior utilities, interior electrical, air conditioning, machinery, equipment, and other assets identified by APD.
• Analyze and resolve work problems or assist workers in solving work problems.
• Have experience with advanced wiring, advanced electrical, hydraulics, mechanical skills.
• Perform preventive maintenance.
• Other duties as assigned.

One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
