JOB SUMMARY
The role of the Facility Supervisor is to lead, supervise, and coordinate the day-to-day maintenance and repair of the facility buildings including grounds and any associated equipment. The Facility Supervisor is also responsible for preventative maintenance and inspections of installed equipment. The Facility Supervisor will assign tasks to the maintenance staff, coordinate maintenance with peer supervisors, oversee installs, inspect repairs, and maintain systems including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, safety, and waste management along with assisting the EHS Engineer in related city agencies inspections to ensure the facility maintains fitness.
The Facility Supervisor supports capital projects, manages outside contractors, as well as a hands-on facilitation of process repairs that include adherence to all safety rules and procedures while managing departmental spare parts inventory. The Facility Supervisor will ensure and maintain a clean and safe environment for all employees and visitors.
