We are seeking a Talent and Culture Manager who will be responsible for leading and overseeing all core HR functions to ensure consistent application of personnel policies, regulatory compliance, and alignment with organizational objectives. This role serves as a strategic partner to leadership while managing day-to-day human resources operations, including employee relations, benefits administration, training and development, performance management, payroll oversight, and policy governance.
Key Responsibilities- Employee Relations & Talent Coordination: Coordinate with Recruiting Manager for hiring needs. Review all employee disciplinary actions to ensure compliance and work with management to resolve employee issues.
- Benefits Administration & Employee Support: Oversee administration of all employee benefit programs, including medical, dental, life insurance, LTD, retirement plans, and related offerings. Oversee benefit documentation and ensure proper distribution of plan materials and required communications.
- Training and Development: Analyze new hire and onboarding as well as internal department transitions and manage training plans. Ensure completion of required and ongoing training for onboarding and annual trainings.
- Performance Management and Reviews: Administer yearly performance reviews company wide and strengthen talent with career pathing management.
- Policy Oversight and Compliance: Maintain and update HR policies and procedures in alignment with current legislation. Monitor regulatory developments and coordinate updates with third‑party compliance providers to ensure ongoing adherence.
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably within Human Resources or a similar field.
- 5-10 years of progressive Human Resources experience in a similar capacity.
- Strong working knowledge of employment law, regulatory compliance, and benefits administration.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and motivate others with diplomacy and discretion.
- High level of integrity and ability to build trust across all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in PC‑based accounting systems, spreadsheet software, and word processing applications.
