What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain client relationships as the primary contact for municipal projects
• Strategize, scope, and budget projects; manage schedules and budgets
• Supervise and coordinate multidisciplinary teams and sub-consultants
• Prepare proposals and attend public meetings
• Evaluate staff performance and establish QA/QC procedures to ensure technical excellence

What You Bring

• Ohio Licensed Professional Engineer (preferred)
• BS in Civil Engineering (preferred)
• 4+ years' relevant experience
• Exceptional business and client service skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Collaborative, self-starting attitude
• Experience in planning, funding, design, and construction management for municipal infrastructure

Salary Range:

The starting salary for this position is $90,000, with final compensation determined based on qualifications, experience, and licensing status.
