ROLE

DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Service Rep with Lori Vajdich State Farm, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating€¢with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

While a Property & Casualty (P&C) license is not required at the time of hire, you will be expected to obtain one as part of your professional development with us. Strong computer skills and the ability to adapt to new software and systems are essential.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes, updates, and renewals.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with agency team members to meet customer needs and agency goals.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient with computers and comfortable learning new software.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability and willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty license after hire.
