Care Core at Mentor is seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to join our team. This position is the first point of contact for visitors and plays a key role in providing excellent customer service and administrative support.

Monday-Friday

• Greet and assist visitors, employees, and clients
• Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
• Maintain front desk organization and office supplies
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with basic office software (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
• Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred
