JOB TITLE:
CARPENTER
As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for rough and finished carpentry. You will construct and install frameworks (walls, floors and roofs), doors, windows, cabinets, ceiling grid and other structures.
Primary Responsibilities- Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
- Exhibit excellent general construction skills, using hand and power tools to perform a variety of assigned tasks.
- Safe use of construction equipment, including telehandlers, aerial lifts and scissor lifts.
- Accurately place and install various metal stud and truss components, including insulation, doors, windows and trim accessories.
- Work schedule:
40+ hours per week as needed.
- Accurately read shop drawings, blueprints and building plans.
- Accurately measure, cut and shape materials according to plans.
- Dependable and self‑motivated, with a strong work ethic and a desire to constantly develop quality and craftsmanship.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Must have experience in residential or commercial carpentry.
- Awareness of personal safety, safety of others and adherence to OSHA safety programs.
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions and effectively communicate with others.
- Must be able to decipher the right materials for each job based on specific requirements.
