Part-Time Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or MSW | 16 Hours/Week

What You’ll Do (Besides Being Awesome):

  • Dive into mental health assessments and get to know the whole story
  • Craft personalized treatment plans that empower and prepare inmates for life beyond jail walls
  • Lead individual and group counseling sessions tackling everything from trauma to anger management (you’ve got this)
  • Team up with corrections staff, medical pros, and probation officers for all‑around care
  • Connect clients with community resources so support doesn’t stop at the cell door
  • Keep your documentation sharp and your skills sharper
  • Stay ahead of the curve with the latest correctional mental health best practices

Who You Are:

  • Master’s degree holder in Counseling or Social Work with current LPC or MSW licensure
  • Familiar about working with justice‑involved populations
  • Skilled communicator who’s not afraid of a challenge
  • Committed to cultural competence and diversity
  • Experienced (or ready!) to navigate the fast‑paced, unique correctional environment
