Part-Time Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or MSW | 16 Hours/Week

What You’ll Do (Besides Being Awesome):
- Dive into mental health assessments and get to know the whole story
- Craft personalized treatment plans that empower and prepare inmates for life beyond jail walls
- Lead individual and group counseling sessions tackling everything from trauma to anger management (you’ve got this)
- Team up with corrections staff, medical pros, and probation officers for all‑around care
- Connect clients with community resources so support doesn’t stop at the cell door
- Keep your documentation sharp and your skills sharper
- Stay ahead of the curve with the latest correctional mental health best practices
Who You Are:
- Master’s degree holder in Counseling or Social Work with current LPC or MSW licensure
- Familiar about working with justice‑involved populations
- Skilled communicator who’s not afraid of a challenge
- Committed to cultural competence and diversity
- Experienced (or ready!) to navigate the fast‑paced, unique correctional environment
