Hybrid Schedule
Travel: to Western WI sites
OT required depending on the phase of the project.
Expected ~50 hours/week during construction seasons.
Responsibilities- Act as on‑site technical interface, resolving issues and ensuring quality.
- Multi‑year hydroelectric facility projects in Western Wisconsin involve dam reconstruction and upgrades.
- Heavy structural steel and reinforced concrete work; work in water with staged installations.
- Significant regulatory involvement with FERC.
- Estimated 5–6 years of resource needs.
- Structural engineering focus (steel, concrete).
- Microsoft Office; heavy SharePoint use.
- Ability to open native CAD files (Micro Station ideal).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- 5-7 years of experience.
- Experience with FERC-regulated projects.
- PE or FE not required but preferred.
