Position: Outreach Program Coordinator - 1.0 FTE
We are hiring
** two Outreach Program Coordinators
** in the Educational Pathways and Outreach department. One position is a
** 1.0 FTE (40 hours per week)
** appointment and the other is a
** 0.8 FTE (32 hours per week)
** appointment.

The Outreach Program Coordinator coordinates continuing education programming, youth programming, and other events. This academic staff position supports the planning, development, administration, and operational management of programming related to meeting the institutional goals of
1) being a 12-month active campus and
2) increasing the number of revenue-generating, non-degree bearing, faculty led initiatives and cross-college programs.  This position will work with internal and external partners to organize the development and delivery of programs, such as conferences, continuing education course offerings, youth camps, and other events assigned to the Unit.  The coordinator assists with policy development and organizes resources to promote stable and productive relationships between the university and local community.

In addition, the individual in this role provides logistical support to the Unit. This position reports to the Associate Director of Educational Pathways and works collaboratively with the Educational Pathways and Outreach (EPO) team members. This is an academic staff, annually renewable position.
* Bachelor’s degree.
* Demonstrated organizational and time management skills to manage, track, and work on multiple complex tasks
* Demonstrated professional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
* Ability to participate as an active team member
- Ability to utilize appropriate technology for the position (e.g., Artificial Intelligence, Microsoft Office Suite, etc.)
* Experience with project management concepts and tools
* Experience in continuing education, community outreach, youth programming, or partnership development
- Identifies opportunities for program improvements or new outreach program development.
