Job Title
Construction Laborer
Job RequirementsAs a construction laborer, you will be a part of a team assisting in the erection of a metal building. Your role will include roofing, walling, insulating, and other tasks guided by the foreman.
Required Skills- Willingness to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and installation manuals.
- Dependable and self‑motivated with a strong work ethic and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Awareness of personal safety, safety of others, and strict adherence to company safety programs and OSHA rules.
- Ability to work at heights and under adverse field conditions.
- Ability to understand and follow both written and oral instructions and effectively communicate with others.
- Team player.
- Work schedule:
40+ hours per week as needed.
- Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
- Exhibit general construction skills, using hand and power tools to perform a variety of tasks.
- Demonstrate safe use of construction equipment, including telehandlers, aerial lifts, and scissor lifts.
- Accurately place and install building systems and components such as insulation systems, metal building systems, doors, windows, roof systems, and building trims and accessories.
