Job DescriptionThe Processing Coordinator role is Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.
- Accurately enter shipment details into the ERP system and shipping platforms (e.g., Oracle, Evans, customer specific shipping portal, etc.).
- Ensure all documents (bills of lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations) comply with domestic and international shipping regulations, including hazardous materials handling.
- Use ERP data and exception reporting to make informed decisions that ensure shipping documents are completed quickly and accurately.
- Support coordination with freight carriers, third-party logistics providers, and customs brokers to arrange pickups, deliveries, and resolve transit issues.
- Communicate any quality, process, equipment, safety, or material issues to management.
- Excellent keyboard skills and knowledge of an ERP system, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-focused approach.
- Forklift certification required.
