• Respond to field service calls, replacing hydraulic hoses, tubing, and fittings
• Diagnose hose failures and determine the correct repair solution
• Fabricate replacement hoses on‑site using a fully equipped service vehicle
• Communicate clearly with customers, explain repairs and recommend additional service needs
• Safely operate and maintain the company‑provided service van
• Participate in a rotating on‑call schedule, receiving on‑call pay and commissions as applicable
• Document all work performed and maintain accurate records for each service call

Average earning range: $28.00 to $37.00 per hour. Daily overtime pay for hours worked beyond 8 hours, double time for hours beyond 10 hours, and on‑call pay or commissions as applicable.

• Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with hands
• At least one year of experience in mechanical repair, assembly, or a skilled trade
• Ownership of basic hand tools
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to safely operate and park a commercial service van at or near residence
• High school diploma or equivalent
