Becker Machine & Balance LLC is seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative to support continued growth across our industrial services businesses. This role will focus primarily on Becker Machine & Balance, while also supporting affiliated companies under shared ownership.

This is a relationship-driven sales role ideal for someone who understands manufacturing environments, rotating equipment, electric motors, and repair services, and who enjoys being in front of customers solving real-world problems.

• Develop and grow new business for Becker Machine & Balance LLC, with secondary support for affiliated companies
• Prospect and call on customers in manufacturing, industrial maintenance, utilities, OEMs, and facilities with rotating equipment
• Sell services include precision machining, dynamic balancing, industrial repair services, and electric motor repair
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through regular site visits
• Identify customer pain points and recommend service solutions
• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers
• Maintain CRM records and sales activity tracking
• Represent the company professionally at customer sites and industry events

• Preferred knowledge of electric motors, motor repair, or rotating equipment
• Comfortable selling services rather than products
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with good time management
