Job Description

We are seeking a Territory Sales Rep to join a local glass manufacturing company in Milwaukee for a direct hire.

Pay: $55,000 - $80,000 plus commissions (total compensation is $100-120k)

Description:

  • Sales Growth and Account Management:
    • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Client Relations and Communication:
    • Conduct regular customer visits to provide product training, updates, and support.
    • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
    • Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams (e.g., customer service and fabrication).
  • Market Analysis and Reporting:
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs.
    • Provide regular sales forecasts and market insights to management.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Product Expertise:
    • Stay informed about the companys products/services and industry developments.
    • Present and demonstrate products effectively to both new and existing customers.
  • Territory Management:
    • Plan and prioritize daily work schedules and travel routes efficiently.
    • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Customer Retention and Expansion:
    • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the customer base.
    • Support and implement loyalty-building initiatives to strengthen customer relationships.
  • Problem Solving and Conflict Resolution:
    • Address and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and effectively.
    • Proactively identify potential challenges and implement practical solutions.
  • Requirements:

    • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
    • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
    • Ability to work flexible hours to meet customer needs.
