Job Summary

As a Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts, responsible for cultivating new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and contributing to the overall success of our company. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are motivated, and eager to make a significant impact within the commercial fencing sector.

Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of our fencing products and services.
  • Generate leads through research, networking, and outreach efforts.
  • Understand client needs to provide tailored fencing solutions.
  • Prepare accurate and competitive quotations and proposals based on project plans and specifications.
  • Maintain a sales pipeline and manage ongoing opportunities.
  • Review contracts and confirm project scope and pricing.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-up.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing inquiries and providing project updates.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring projects stay within budget constraints.
  • Review and approve project expenditures, change orders, and invoices.
  • Oversee project closeout activities, including final inspections and client acceptance.
  • Ensure all project documentation and warranties are provided to the client.
Qualifications
  • Previous sales experience; preferably in the construction, fencing, or related industries.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Collaborative mindset to work effectively with internal and external teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented; ability to effectively prioritize tasks.
  • Self-motivated to independently take charge of tasks and responsibilities.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency (preferably with Microsoft Office suite)
