Steinhafels is recruiting an associate to work in our furniture warehouse and retail store backroom. The role is responsible for efficiently moving furniture to the showroom floor, unboxing, assembling, and re‑boxing a wide variety of items. It requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a strong focus on customer service.

• Furniture Assembly & Construction:
  Assemble furniture according to manufacturer specifications, ensuring safety and quality.
• Furniture Movement:
  Frequently lift, carry, and push/pull furniture to designated showroom areas.
• Customer Assistance:
  Assist customers with merchandise pick‑up, providing excellent service.
• Inventory Management:
  Maintain accurate inventory records, track products, and report discrepancies or damaged items.
• Unboxing & Re‑boxing:
  Unpack new furniture and prepare it for display; re‑box items as necessary for storage or shipping.
• Showroom Maintenance:
  Organize and display furniture to create a visually appealing and safe environment.
• Safety Compliance:
  Follow safety protocols, use proper lifting techniques and tools to prevent injury.

  Safely use various power tools for furniture assembly.
