Froedtert Health is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin.
ResponsibilitiesThe Registered Nurse is a practitioner who is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for an identified group of patients in an inpatient environment. This individual demonstrates competency in delivery of care to a primarily adult population. The Staff RN-Inpatient job description has incorporated essential functions which are adapted from the ANA Nursing:
Scope and Standards of Practice, 2nd Edition (2010).

- BLS & ACLS required

- Current Wisconsin RN license or Multi-state license from a NLC participating state

Education:
Associate’s degree in nursing - Preferred Education:
Bachelor’s degree in nursing
- Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or NLC multi-state license
- AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers
- AHA ACLS for Healthcare Providers
- QUALIFICATION/LICENSURE Work Authorization: US Citizen
- Preferred years of experience: 2 years
