Reich Tool & Design, a Menomonee Falls based, family-owned and operated Tool and Die manufacturer for almost 60 years is looking for an experienced CNC Lathe Specialist to work Second Shift.
Location: Menomonee Falls, WI, US
Salary: $24.00 to $27.00 hourly
Job Type: Full-time
Shift: Second Shift, 40 hours per week, 5x8 or 4x10 days, shift premium

Responsibilities- Set-up, adjust and operate horizontal lathes to produce parts.
- Set-up, adjust and operate vertical mills to produce parts.
- Knowledge of the machining characteristics of a wide variety of materials.
- Bar feeder operation / set-up.
- Live tooling operation / set-up.
- Rotary axis operation / set-up.
- Adjust speeds, feeds, tooling, and operational sequences.
- Position and secure work piece(s) in machine.
- Load tools into machine and touch off.
- Indicate / pick-up parts in machine and set work coordinates.
- Post programs on the shop floor and load them into the machines.
- Machine parts per print.
- Hold Close tolerances and finish requirements.
- Good knowledge of blueprint reading and Geometrical Dimensioning and Tolerance (GD&T).
- Follow CNC processes for machining the piece.
- Use of a variety of precision measuring devices.
- Owns a rollaway toolbox with basic measuring instruments and hand tools.
- Assist in development and implementation of procedures and controls to promote efficient lean operations of the organization.
- Ability to multi-task / run multiple machines.
- Ensure the completion of all paperwork, records, documents, etc.
- Able to work overtime when requested to meet the needs of customer timelines.
- Comply with all quality, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Support the company's quality policy, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, 5S practices, LEAN and world class manufacturing initiatives.
- Commits to the corporate goals, mission, and vision.
- Regular physical attendance is required.
- Travel, as required.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High school education or GED.
- Communication skills.
- Proficient with math and blueprints.
- Three years experience in CNC job shop environment.
- Journeyman's card in CNC and/or tool making.
- Cad-Cam knowledge.
- 5 years+ machining experience.
Post offer drug screen and background check required.
