In this role you’ll inspect products and use your mechanical, electro‑mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic expertise to ensure quality compliance and performance. Your work will support the industry’s best sales team by delivering reliable solutions that satisfy current clients and attract new ones.

• Visually verify product compliance with customer and company specifications.
• Functionally verify product performance against defined test criteria.
• Utilize hand and power tools, electronic and pneumatic testing fixtures and devices.
• Complete department work assignments in a timely manner.
• Create rework instructions or red‑line documentation and communicate corrective actions to the appropriate parties.
• Shift work assignment priorities when needed and as directed.
• Maintain organization of tools and work‑station cleanliness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Experience in component‑level troubleshooting and repair.
• Working knowledge of all brands of pumps, valves, motors, and cylinders.
• At least 1 year of troubleshooting hydraulic circuits.
• High school diploma or GED.

• Purchasing experience.
• IFPS certification.
• Bending tube and pipe experience.
• General welding skills.
• Ability to work from drawings, prints, schematics, diagrams, bills of materials, customer specifications, and written/verbal instructions.
