Printing Assistant - 3rd Shift

• Make quality related decisions using product specification testing.
• Mix ink and adjust viscosities to maintain required colors.
• Prepare the press for the succeeding press run by performing line clearance procedures.
• Perform and document all necessary testing of both raw materials and finished products using established company test methods.
• Perform entries into the computer system for raw materials.
• Perform all necessary preventative maintenance as required.
• Provide necessary communication at shift change.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous Flexo printing experience preferred.
• Web handling fundamentals.
• Must be able to read standard ruler measurements.
• Beginner level computer skills.
• English language verbal and written communication skills.
• High school math skills.
• Demonstrate the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Demonstrate basic mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to multi‑task and work efficiently with team members.
• Proficient at color matching.

• Frequent standing, walking, and use of hands to operate tools and equipment.
• Ability to lift and move objects over 50 pounds.
• Vision requirements include close vision, color recognition, and focus adjustment.
• Must be able to pass a color proficiency test and color blindness test.
