Diamond Vogel is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic – 1st Shift to support maintenance operations at our aerosol paint manufacturing facility. This hands-on role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment and facility systems to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations.

This position works 1st shift, Monday–Thursday from 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with overtime opportunities on Fridays

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing equipment and facility systems
• Perform preventive maintenance on pumps, motors, pneumatic systems, and related equipment
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime
• Complete maintenance tasks such as welding, metal fabrication, plumbing, and carpentry as needed
• Accurately complete work orders and maintenance documentation using CMMS systems
• Support outside contractors and assist with coordinating repairs and projects
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe work environment
• Perform other duties as assigned to support plant operations

• Two or more years of manufacturing maintenance experience required
• Experience performing preventive maintenance and equipment troubleshooting
• Working knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs, CMMS systems, and maintenance planning
• Strong safety mindset with solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with shifting priorities
