2nd or 3rd Shift CNC Machinist

Shifts:

2nd 2:30pm-10:30pm; 3rd 10:30pm-6:30am. Company located in Menomonee Falls.

• Complete setup, programming, and operation of CNC mills and lathes.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings.
• Use precision measuring instruments to ensure product accuracy.
• Maintain production quality and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot issues and make machine adjustments as needed.

• 3+ years of CNC machining experience.
• Ability to perform full setups and write/edit CNC programs (G-code or conversational).
• Solid understanding of machining principles, materials, and tolerances.
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

• Competitive hourly wage $24hr-$32hr depending on experience.
