Position OverviewWe are hiring experienced 2nd Shift Painters to support industrial production operations in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. This role is ideal for professionals with powder coating experience, strong attention to detail, and a focus on equipment safety and paint quality.
Key Responsibilities- Operate, adjust, and maintain powder painting equipment for proper coverage
- Perform manual paint application, part prep, equipment maintenance, and quality inspections
- Maintain equipment and perform visual inspections throughout the process
- Support safety and cleanliness standards
- Proficient in English with the ability to read and follow instructions
- Basic math skills and manual dexterity
- Understanding of powder coating procedures and equipment
- Ability to perform physical tasks and wear PPE
