Position Summary:
The Project Manager II (PMII) reports to the Program Manager and will have a proven track record of successfully managing projects, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment. As a Project Manager II, you will take a lead role in planning, executing, and delivering projects, ensuring they meet organizational objectives and stakeholder expectations.

You will guide teams, manage risks, track performance metrics, and keep stakeholders engaged throughout the process. Responsibilities:
Business Strategy
- Lead the development of project plans, defining scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements.
- Conduct comprehensive project risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
- Manage project budgets, ensuring financial accountability and resource optimization.
- Collaborate with functional managers to address resource needs.
- Oversee the day-to-day activities of project teams, ensuring adherence to project plans and timelines.
- Monitor and report on project progress, addressing issues and deviations promptly.
- Facilitate team meetings and project reviews to ensure continuous improvement.
- Implement and enforce processes to ensure project deliverables meet high standards.
- Apply best practices and lessons learned to future projects.
- Deliver project outcomes that align with customer needs and expectations.
- Build and lead high-performing project teams in a collaborative environment.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development support to project team members.
- Communicate project goals, expectations, and deliverables effectively.
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address changing requirements and priorities.

Qualifications & Skills:
As the ideal candidate for the Project Manager II, you will:
