Position Summary:
The Project Manager II (PMII) reports to the Program Manager and will have a proven track record of successfully managing projects, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment. As a Project Manager II, you will take a lead role in planning, executing, and delivering projects, ensuring they meet organizational objectives and stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities:

Business Strategy

• Lead the development of project plans, defining scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements.
• Conduct comprehensive project risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Manage project budgets, ensuring financial accountability and resource optimization.
• Collaborate with functional managers to address resource needs.

Performance, Metrics & Reporting

• Oversee the day-to-day activities of project teams, ensuring adherence to project plans and timelines.
• Monitor and report on project progress, addressing issues and deviations promptly.
• Facilitate team meetings and project reviews to ensure continuous improvement.
• Implement and enforce processes to ensure project deliverables meet high standards.
• Apply best practices and lessons learned to future projects.
• Deliver project outcomes that align with customer needs and expectations.

People Management

• Build and lead high-performing project teams in a collaborative environment.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development support to project team members.
• Communicate project goals, expectations, and deliverables effectively.
• Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address changing requirements and priorities.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Have a bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or a related field.
• Bring a minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a project manager in new product development or a manufacturing environment.
