As a Reconstruction Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of assigned restoration projects and crews. This role leads the team to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate scope of work and prepare estimates using proprietary software
• Negotiate project scope and estimates with clients
• Schedule and oversee crews and resources, including subcontractors
• Review job site documentation for service and billing accuracy
• Maintain communication with customers, vendors, and insurance reps
• Manage production expenses and assets

Additional Responsibilities

• Manage customer experience and satisfaction, including online reviews
• Respond promptly to potential customers
• Participate in recruiting, hiring, and training restoration team members

Position Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• High school diploma/GED; degree preferred
• Minimum 1 year management/supervisory experience
• At least 3 years industry experience
• IICRC certification preferred but not required

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly, up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and in tight spaces
• Repetitive pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying
• Ability to work with cleaning agents
• Ability to pass background check
