Janitorial Supervisor

Our client, a leading organization in facility management, is seeking a Janitorial Supervisor to join their team. As a Janitorial Supervisor, you will be part of the operations support team, overseeing daily cleaning and maintenance activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Janitorial Supervisor

Location: Menomonee Falls, WI

Pay Range:

Shift: Days 8 AM to 4:30 PM

What's the Job?

• Oversee the daily cleaning of the facility, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, restroom sanitation, garbage disposal, and supply management
• Support internal office moves and relocations, including tearing down and rebuilding office cubicles
• Perform general building maintenance tasks such as minor electrical and plumbing repairs, light replacements, and building clean-up (interior and exterior)
• Ensure recycling and waste management procedures are followed to maintain an efficient and sustainable environment
• Supervise and coordinate a team of five employees, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety are maintained

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED required
• 2-4 years of related experience in janitorial or maintenance roles
• Ability to lift between 50 to 100 pounds safely
• Experience with industrial equipment and preventative maintenance
• Strong attendance, positive attitude, and team leadership skills
