Landscape Maintenance Foreman

Foremen must be reliable in their daily attendance and adaptable, proactive and organized in their approach to running their crews safely and efficiently.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Be the point person for a landscape maintenance crew - lead, organize, and motivate your team of 2-4
• Be the face of Villani on-site - work with your supervisor and client service reps to deliver the right solutions to client concerns
• Think on your feet - adapt to surprises and keep your crew moving efficiently
• Show up, stay sharp, and set the tone - reliability and leading by example are key
• Ensure every site meets consistent standards for safety, quality, and presentation

Qualifications:

• Solid experience in the landscape industry - and leadership to match
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle priorities with ease
• A calm, clear communicator who thrives on teamwork and customer care
• A sharp eye for detail and a serious dedication to quality work
• The highly preferred's - a valid, insurable driver's license, bilingual (Spanish/English) communicator and a 3.0 commercial pesticide applicator license
