We're seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician for a Direct Hire role with our client in Menomonee Falls to keep their precision machines and equipment running at peak performance. If you thrive in a hands-on role where you can troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a wide variety of mechanical and electrical systems, this is the opportunity for you.

Pay: $24.68–$26.93/hour (based on experience)

Schedule: 2nd shift Monday–Thursday, 2:40 PM–12:40 AM

What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair mechanical malfunctions and operating difficulties
• Rebuild and calibrate equipment components
• Troubleshoot and repair CNC controls
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Perform preventive maintenance and keep your work area clean and safe
• Collaborate across departments and support cross-training efforts

What We're Looking For

• Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and drive components
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
• Knowledge of AC/DC systems, drive controls, and solid-state electronics
• Tech degree or equivalent hands-on experience
• Basic computer literacy (Windows applications)
• Must pass a written and practical test
