IT Field Technician

IT Field Support Specialist | Permanent | No Sponsorship Available About Our Client

• Our client is a multi-location organization with an in‑person IT support need across multiple sites.
• This is an entry‑level, hands‑on field support role supporting end users, hardware, software, and basic network issues.
• Work is on‑site. Local travel to multiple locations is required. Mileage reimbursement is available.

• Compensation:
  Up to $60,000 per year
• PTO: PTO available (starts day

• Provide responsive IT support for hardware, software, and basic network issues across corporate and site locations.
• Install, configure, and maintain workstations, peripherals, and standard business applications.
• Assist with deploying and maintaining networking components and connectivity as needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve end‑user issues and general IT requests.
• Support security tooling and help ensure endpoint and software security updates are applied.
• Train and support staff on newly installed systems, applications, and processes.

• Experience troubleshooting Windows PCs, common business applications, and basic networking concepts.
• Comfort installing and configuring hardware, operating systems, and standard software.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain solutions and train non‑technical users.
• Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, and a customer‑service mindset.
• Ability to work independently while partnering closely with an IT leader on priorities and projects.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally to multiple sites.
