Responsible for the strategic design, implementation, and optimization of Service Now applications and platform features ensuring alignment with organizational IT strategy and healthcare-specific needs. Develops Service Now architecture roadmaps, ensures platform technical governance, and integrations with other systems.

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience working with the Service Now platform, with a strong focus on architecture and solution design.
• Extensive hands‑on experience implementing and managing Service Now ITSM and ITOM modules.
• Deep understanding of Service Now platform architecture, data model, and integration capabilities (e.g., REST, SOAP).
• Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks and their application within Service Now.
• Hands‑on experience with IRM (Integrated Risk Management) modules, including Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), Vendor Risk Management, and Security Incident Response.
• Experience with SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) modules, including Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management, and Resource Management.
• Experience in a Hospital Or Healthcare Setting is Preferred.

Knowledge of computer/network principles at a level normally acquired through completion of a bachelor’s degree in a relevant technology field or acquired through a combination of education and experience is required.

• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Always remain professional while interacting with Froedtert staff of all levels.
• Strong written & oral communication skills.
• Plans and aligns, ensures accountability, strategic mindset, decision quality, goal oriented, role model, customer focused, action orientated, drives results.

• Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required or obtained within the first six months of employment.
• Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification in one or more relevant modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, IRM, SPM) is preferred.

Pay is expected to be between $41.37 - $70.76 per hour. Final compensation is based on experience and will be discussed with you by the recruiter during the interview process.
