HR BUSINESS PARTNER, FCH - HUMAN RESOURCES - CHD
Full-time, Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. The position is hybrid, ONE FTE, standard hours 40 hours per week, shift 8am–4:30pm with flexible schedule, approximately 2 days per week from the office. The role is located at the Froedtert Menomonee Falls Hospital facility.
Job SummaryTaking a leadership role within the HR Triad, the Human Resources Business Partner serves staff and management in designated business units and integrates strategic human‑capital thinking into business decisions. The HRBP acts as a strategic positioner, capability builder, credible activist, and change champion. The HRBP anticipates HR‑related needs, communicates proactively within the HR division and system leadership, and develops integrated solutions.
The HRBP collaborates across the HR division to deliver value‑added services that reflect the organization’s business objectives. The HRBP maintains an effective level of business literacy regarding the business unit’s financial position, strategic plans, culture, and competition. Other duties as assigned.
- Minimum 5 years of human resources or related experience.
- Minimum 2 years of employee relations experience.
- Preferred knowledge in strategic HR, compensation, benefits, recruiting, talent acquisition, or organizational development.
- Experience in a healthcare environment is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, business administration, or a related field is required.
- Master’s degree is preferred.
Leadership training is preferred.
LicensurePHR or equivalent professional certification is preferred.
