Position:
Specialty Pharmacy Supervisor – Menomonee Falls, WI
Join Froedtert Health’s Integrated Service Center, located in Menomonee Falls, WI. This hybrid, full‑time position (FTE: 1.0) focuses on leading a high‑performing pharmacy team, scaling specialty pharmacy services, and ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Refine, create, improve, and scale core service offerings across Froedtert Theda Care.
- Recruit, hire, and onboard staff to support a growing and evolving team.
- Facilitate performance‑improvement initiatives, productivity measurement, and accountability; participate in reporting of key quality and performance measures.
- Collaborate with FHPS leadership to advance growth, quality, safety, and satisfaction goals across pharmacy programs.
- Promote high‑quality clinical care, patient satisfaction, and staff engagement and well‑being.
- Support student and resident preceptorship and learner rotations.
- Ensure quality and regulatory compliance with accreditation standards, pharmacy laws, and regulations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in pharmacy with preference for supervision or management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from an ACPE‑certified school or Pharm
D required. - Current WI state license as a Registered Pharmacist.
- Proficiencies in patient education, medication counseling, drug utilization, inventory control, pharmacy law, third‑party billing, and pharmacy computer systems.
- Strong independent decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent communication across roles and teams with multiple modalities.
- Strategic planning and ability to translate ideas into streamlined operational workflows.
