EPIC RESOLUTE Application Coordinator – Patient Financial Services
Location: Menomonee Falls, WI (Woodland Prime 400 facility) – Remote.

Shift: Monday – Friday, 8 a.m.–4 p.m. (flexibility available)
Job SummaryResponsible for the overall design, build, and implementation of the Epic Resolute Hospital Billing and Claims & Remittance application module. Works with project leadership and Patient Financial Services operational leadership on scope, integration, and design decisions for billing and remittance workflows. Leads identification and resolution of operational and technical system issues with enterprise‑wide impact. Must be knowledgeable about Medicare, other government regulations, NUBC, and managed care plans.
Other duties as assigned.
- Design, build, and implement Epic Resolute Hospital Billing and Claims & Remittance modules.
- Collaborate with project leadership and PFS operational leaders on scope, integration, and design decisions.
- Identify and resolve operational and technical system issues with enterprise‑wide impact.
- Ensure compliance with Medicare, government regulations, NUBC, and managed care contracts.
- Participate in meetings, prioritize tasks, resolve conflicts, and maintain issue lists.
- Provide technical and functional guidance to stakeholders.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hospital revenue cycle or IT role directly impacting hospital billing.
- Knowledge of revenue cycle business functions and hospital claims or IT support, equivalent to a bachelor’s degree (preferably a bachelor’s).
- Epic Resolute Hospital Billing Administrator or Hospital Claims & Remittance certification.
- Technical and functional expertise in Epic Resolute Hospital Billing and Claims & Remittance.
- Module design and implementation experience.
- Strong process design and project management skills.
- Ability to lead meetings, prioritize, resolve conflicts, and maintain issue lists.
- Effective oral and written communication; strong customer service skills.
- Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, and proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Time‑management skills.
Pay: $34.82 – $59.56 per hour (determined by experience).
