Administrative Supervisor, FMFH - Nursing Administration

Join Froedtert Health as an Administrative Supervisor in Nursing Administration. This on‑site role supports patient care continuity and hospital operations when executive leadership is absent.

Manages and coordinates activities with departmental leadership. Responsible for all aspects of hospital operations in the absence of executive, administrative, and departmental leadership. Other duties as assigned.

• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience demonstrating leadership competence.

• Baccalaureate in Nursing required. Graduate degree preferred. Waiver possible if in position as of December 1, 2012.

• Current Wisconsin Registered Nurse license or multi‑state license via Nurse Licensure Compact.
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 90 days of hire.
• AHA Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
