- Proficiency in financial analysis, contract review, and compliance with regulations
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Leadership, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills to support department and company goals
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Experience in the automotive industry or dealership finance is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
