Customer Service Representative
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for accurately entering customer orders into the system, validating order details to ensure completeness and accuracy, and resolving any order-related issues or customer complaints promptly and efficiently. You will maintain accurate records of all orders, collaborate with team members, and provide exceptional service to customers.
Responsibilities- Accurately enter customer orders into the system and validate all order details.
- Perform order validation and exception resolution, including addressing pricing issues.
- Handle and resolve order-related issues or customer complaints efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of all orders, purchase orders, and order confirmations.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality service to customers.
- Monitor orders, process credits/cancellations, and handle purchase order revisions.
- Manage customer service issues related to returns, exchanges, and order modifications.
- Work closely with sales, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless order processing.
- Handle inbound customer calls and emails regarding orders, products, and services.
- 2+ years in order management, customer service, or a related field.
- Familiarity with order processing systems and software such as SAP, Oracle, or CRM.
- Good communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Associates degree or bachelors degree preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experince in supply chain, retail, or manufacturing is a plus.
- Patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Positive attitude and team player.

Work EnvironmentWork Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM EST with a hybrid schedule, requiring onsite presence at least two days a week, including Wednesdays. Enjoy a close-knit team environment with normal office conditions and a 'dress for your day' dress code.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Menomonee Falls, WI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.58/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
