OVERVIEW

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to play a key role in both customer communication and internal operations support. This position goes beyond answering inquiries, it ensures pricing accuracy, order integrity, and smooth coordination between customers and internal teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and professional support via phone and email
  • Maintain and update pricing books, product details, and customer account information within internal systems
  • Accurately enter, review, and validate order information to ensure correct pricing, quantities, and shipping details
  • Coordinate with sales, operations, and accounting to resolve discrepancies or order issues
  • Process order modifications, returns, credits, and account adjustments with accuracy and efficiency
  • Monitor open orders and proactively communicate updates or delays to customers
  • Identify and escalated recurring issues while recommending process improvements
  • Ensure all customer interactions and system updates are properly documented
EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS
  • 1+ year of customer service experience
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high volumes of information accurately
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
