Leads construction projects from planning through closeout, managing schedules, budgets, and quality to ensure successful delivery. Builds strong client and vendor relationships, aligning project outcomes with expectations. Oversees site progress and compliance while facilitating clear communication among stakeholders. Manages resources, quality control, RFIs, submittals, and value engineering to optimize cost and performance. Directs project team efforts in estimating, bid solicitation, takeoffs, and proposal development, ensuring accurate scopes and efficient execution.

Travel expectations once a week to IL.

A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, coupled with at least three years of experience managing retail-focused construction projects. Requires strong knowledge of commercial construction methods in the retail industry, solid financial acumen, and the ability to analyze data and make informed, improvement‑driven decisions. Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills and a proven ability to build and maintain effective client relationships, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
