This is a part-time on-site role for a Family Support Worker located in Menomonee Falls, WI. The Family Support Worker will be responsible for assisting families through direct support and case management, fostering relationships with families, and providing resources to address their specific needs. This role includes interacting with children, coordinating with service providers, and ensuring the well-being of families in alignment with the organization's values and objectives.

• Experience working with children with diverse needs.
• Case Management skills to effectively organize and manage resources for clients
• Strong ability to work with children in supportive and empathetic ways
• Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with families, colleagues, and external partners
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and maintain confidentiality with client information
• High school diploma is required
• College experience is preferred
• Previous experience in family support or social services is considered an asset
