About The Role

The Sr. Supply Chain Analyst identifies and leads work on opportunities to improve the cost, speed, and quality of Kohl’s logistics operations.

What You’ll Do

• Identify, analyze and communicate supply chain issues and solutions to senior leadership and key business partners.
• Conduct annual budgeting, long‑range planning and performance monitoring for area of responsibility.
• Lead cross‑functional project management coordination.
• Work simultaneously on multiple projects with multiple vendors, ensuring goals are met.
• Establish KPIs and partner across the organization to deliver results.
• Provide project management coaching and guidance to team members.
• Additional tasks as assigned.

Operations / Planning

• Development and execution of long-range inventory placement and operational strategies.
• Lead, manage, and promote cost‑saving strategies identified within the technology roadmap.
• Coordinate and influence partners across the organization and third‑party vendors to drive strategies.
• Clearly build and communicate facts and narratives to all levels of the company.

Required

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Demonstrated initiative and drive.
• Strong analytical abilities – comfortable with spreadsheets and data analysis.
• Highly proficient with applicable technology systems/tools (e.g., Excel, Qlik, Tableau).
• Clear and professional communication.
• Demonstrates qualities of thought leadership.
• Presentation of clear and concise business operational measures and status of key business programs to leadership.
• Curious mindset seeking and delivering operational improvements of our supply chain.
• May require overnight travel.
• Flexible schedule to support peak business operations.
