Job SummaryThe Belonging & Emerging Markets Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, and execution of programs, initiatives, and events across the Belonging Team. It provides comprehensive project coordination, data analysis, communications support, and administrative oversight for both internal and external‑facing activities, including trainings, events, awards programs, and strategic partnerships. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, councils, and external partners, the position ensures effective implementation of Belonging initiatives, accurate reporting, and continuous improvement of related tools and programs.
As a strategic contributor, the role leads planning and problem‑solving efforts for assigned programs and serves as the primary operational and administrative liaison for the department, coordinating program marketing and reporting in collaboration with partner departments.
Two Years of Belonging Experience.
Education RequiredAssociate Degree required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Special Skills- Strong administrative experience
- Project management, Business Resource Group management/development, community event planning, volunteer management
- Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills, proficient in MS Word, Excel and Power Point
- Ability to coordinate and organize meetings and/or special events
