This is a full-time, on-site role located in Menominee, MI, for the position of Chief Financial Officer. The CFO will oversee all aspects of financial planning, reporting, and management to ensure the company s financial health and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include developing and executing financial strategies, analyzing financial risks and opportunities, preparing and reviewing financial statements, and leading financial reporting. The CFO will also collaborate with leadership to make informed business decisions and provide strategic financial guidance.

• Strong expertise in Financial Planning and Finance to develop and execute financial strategies effectively
• Proficiency in preparing, analyzing, and managing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• Exceptional Analytical Skills for identifying trends, forecasting, and making data-driven decisions
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field;
  Master’s degree or CPA certification is a plus
• Experience in a manufacturing or engineering-related industry is preferred
• Proven ability to lead financial teams and work collaboratively with executive leadership
