We are seeking a Fitness Instructor to join our successful corporate fitness company. As a Fitness Instructor, you will plan and lead fitness classes, ensuring that people of all fitness levels are able to participate. Your goal is to help clients reach their fitness objectives and have fun while doing it! The ideal candidate is a positive, engaging teacher with a passion for fitness.
Responsibilities- Lead a wide variety of classes (specifically HiiT, TRX or Matt Pilates) to fitness studio members and guests
- Develop classes that are physically challenging, while keeping students engaged and safe
- Promote programs, classes, and membership through networking
- Deliver exceptional customer service in accordance with business policies
- High school diploma/GED required
- Current personal trainer or fitness instructor certification
- Knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics is mandatory
- First aid and CPR-certified
- Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
